OUR MISSION
Serious about safety
OpenEye247 was established in 2022 to protect and support frontline workers. These individuals often face high levels of danger in their daily activities, but frequently lack the training, knowledge and support to operate safely.
Having started with safety solutions, we then developed compliance and efficiency products in response to client demands and feedback.
To date we have supported some of the biggest energy companies and construction projects in the world. We have offices in the UK and UAE.
Operational excellence
OpenEye247's founders believe that an effective safety culture must include everyone.
A temporary visitor or day labourer needs a professional site induction. A worker who does not speak good English needs additional safety support at an English-speaking work site. OpenEye247 caters for these sort of scenarios.
We understand that a busy project management team handling multiple contractors has safety, compliance and efficiency requirements. We enable that team to ask the right questions and obtain the answers they need.

OpenEye247's founders have decades of experience in energy, mining, construction and logistics operations, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tom Ring
Tom is a Royal Military Academy Sandhurst-trained former British Army infantry officer with a Master’s degree in Arabic and Persian. He has 20+ years' energy sector, mining, construction and logistics experience in the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on project management, risk, safety and security, including USD 10 billion+ operations.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Mohamad Ahmed
Mohamad is an engineer with 20+ years’ international oil and gas industry experience. He has led technology teams and implemented digital transformation for a national oil company in the Middle East. He is the co-founder of an artificial intelligence-focused oilfield technology company with proven cost savings of USD 100 million+ per year.
